EPBN is the European umbrella organisation for LGBTIQ workplace equality. It was established in 2022
with a vision of combating and preventing discrimination of LGBTIQ people at work and promoting
LGBTIQ equality at the workplace across Europe. It currently unites 19 organisations from 15 countries
(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland).
