Ingka Group consists of three business areas. Our core business is IKEA Retail, which consists of 411 IKEA stores including city stores across 32 markets, and counting. Each year, we welcome 657 million visitors to these stores, and we have more than 3.8 billion visits to IKEA.com. Ingka Centres creates great meeting places where each centre is anchored by an IKEA store. So far, we’ve established 37 experience-oriented meeting places across Europe and China – and more are on the way. The EU Public Affairs team performs EU advocacy activities for Ingka Group. It advises the company of relevant EU developments and inform EU decision makers of opportunities and barriers regarding EU rules and policies. The change we call for is good for IKEA but we also believe it is good for people, planet and wider society.
