Notre Europe – Jacques Delors Institute is the European think tank founded by Jacques Delors in 1996 (originally under the name Notre Europe), following the end of his presidency of the European Commission. The Institute’s mission is to produce high-quality analysis and policy recommendations aimed at European decision-makers and the wider public, and to contribute meaningfully to debates on the future of the European Union.

We publish a wide range of materials—including Op-Eds, Policy Papers, Studies & Reports, and Briefs—as well as videos and podcasts. We organize and participate in seminars and conferences across Europe, and regularly engage with European media through the voices of our Presidents, Director, and team members.
