RAND Europe (EU) is an international non-profit association which in conjunction with its members, RAND Europe CIC and the RAND Corporation, undertakes research in Europe. Our mission is to help improve policy and decision-making through research and analysis.

RAND Europe (EU) is able to draw on the depth of expertise of its members across a broad range of EU policy-relevant topics from defence and security, innovation and technology policy, and criminal justice through to health and social issues. Cutting across topical areas are the methods-focused groups, including evaluation and impact measurement, and choice modelling and valuation. The mix of subject expertise, contextual understanding and innovative methodologies creates insightful yet robust analysis.
