The Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP) is a bipartisan, non-profit initiative in the U.S. with a mission study, review and provide reports that suggest ways to strengthen America’s long-term competitiveness for a future where artificial intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies reshape the United States' national security, economy, and society. SCSP wants to ensure that America and its allies and partners are positioned and organized for the techno-economic-values competition between now and 2030, the critical window for shaping the future.

Our Global Partnerships' team focuses on charting a foreign policy vision, strategy, and actions that promote and protect America’s competitiveness, security, and democratic values and preserve a global network of alliances that reinforce shared interests in a world shaped by AI and other emerging technologies.
